Anne Frank in Sandy Springs
Anne Frank spent 761 days hiding in the secret annex of a house in Amsterdam during the Holocaust. The Anne Frank Exhibit in Sandy Springs has been packed away for maybe as long as the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust seeks to find a new home for it in Sandy Springs.
Where has the exhibit been, and where might it go? The Table Lodge speakers for our Feb. 21 OLM may have some clues. Join us to get the latest update on plans for the Anne Frank Exhibit from Sally Levine, Executive Director of the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust, and Gary Alexander, Vice Chairman of the Commission.
The Feb. 21 OLM will be at Congregation Or Hadash, 7460 Trowbridge Road, Sandy Springs. HOD brethren only should arrive at 7 p.m. for snacks and schmoozing before our 7:30 OLM. Non-HOD guests can arrive between 8:15 and 8:30 for dinner and the presentation. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to ensure we have enough food. Dress code is business casual.
